SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item. Please note that shipping fees are separate from product prices.

Delivery Time: Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Currently we only ship within the United States. We will notify you with an estimated delivery window once your order is ready to ship.

Freight Delivery: For larger items, such as tables, we use freight shipping. Freight delivery may require a delivery appointment. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate the delivery of large furniture.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, please notify us immediately. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized to your specifications (e.g., specific wood types, epoxy colors, dimensions).

Cancellations: For custom orders and deposits you may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it and receive a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After that, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee and the material deposit will no longer be refundable. For any non-custom orders, meaning any kitchenware and collection items, refunds will be available for one month. Return shipping will be the customers responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund.
